Heather Gray is Managing Director of City Valuation Advisory Limited
She founded City Valuation Advisory Limited in 2015 to provide independent valuation advice and opinion to companies and private individuals. Prior to setting up City Valuation Advisory, Heather was a senior partner in KPMG’s Valuation Services Group in the UK where she was Head of UK Valuations and a member of KPMG’s Global Valuations Steering Committee, directing strategy and technical valuation matters for KPMG globally.
She joined KPMG in 1985, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant and becoming a member of KPMG Corporate Finance in 1990 where her experience included mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, joint ventures and disputes. Heather was promoted to partner at KPMG in 2000.
Heather has over 25 years’ experience clients on a wide range of commercial valuations and transactions in the context of financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, disputes, fund valuations, minority shareholdings, employee share schemes, financing transactions, fairness opinions, strategic reviews, restructurings, brand and intellectual property valuations.
